Topics are designed to give a working knowledge of the principal mathematical methods used in advanced physics.
Topics: Hilbert space, Generalized functions, Fourier transform, Sturm-Liouville problem in ODE, Greens functions for ODE and PDE, the Feynman propagator, asymptotic expansions, linear operators on Hilbert space.
