A Special Session to Honor Jim West's 70th Birthday

The AMS Special Session on Geometric Topology to Celebrate Jim West's 70th Birthday will take place at the Fall Eastern Sectional Meeting at Rutgers University on November 14-15, 2015. More information about the event can be found here. 

Cornell University presenters include Tim Riley and Ph.D. candidate Kristen Pueschel, as well as former Cornell math affiliates (both students and faculty); Ryan Budney (University of Victoria), Ross Geoghegan (SUNY Binghamton), Washington Mio (Florida State University), Mark Steinberger (SUNY Albany), and organizers: Boris Goldfarb (SUNY Albany), and Sasha Dranishnikov (University of Florida.)
