MATH 735: Topics in Algebra (Fall 2006)

The course is an introduction to automorphic forms and representation theory.

We will start with a short introduction to Zeta and L-functions, then introduce to classical modular forms and their L-functions. Then we will generalize this and consider automorphic representations of GL(2) and their L-functions.
