MATH 6510 - Algebraic Topology I

This is the standard introductory course on algebraic topology. The main topics are fundamental group, covering spaces, and homology. Prerequisites are a little point-set topology and a little abstract algebra, mainly group theory. The textbook as usual will be my book "Algebraic Topology", which can be downloaded for free on my webpage.
